All of the sculpted attachments are copy / modify. If it shows as no modify in your inventory, it is because of the scripts inside it.
Resize Scripted - The belt, cuffs, and boots are resize scripted. The collar and shoulder strap are just a single prim, no script was needed as they can be modified easily using the edit window... as can the others if you so choose.
Rank Change Menu - The shoulder strap and the white band on the left cuff have a menu that allows you to change the rank displayed.
Clothing layers are copy only
Mesh chest insignia is copy only.
