PERMISSIONS
- Script: Copy/Mod (No Transfer) ← adjust to your licensing
- The object you put it in: depends on your item’s perms
SETUP (15 SECONDS)
1) Rez or edit your doll/prop (must be modifiable).
2) Drop “HorrorDoll_RandomSay.lsl” into the Contents tab.
3) (Optional) Add a sound to the object and paste its UUID into the script.
4) Click the doll. Done!
CUSTOMIZATION FLAGS (INSIDE THE SCRIPT)
- OWNER_ONLY = TRUE/FALSE (limit use to owner)
- COOLDOWN_SEC = 0.5–3.0 (anti-spam)
- USE_WHISPER = TRUE/FALSE (10m whisper vs 20m say)
- EMOTE_STYLE = TRUE/FALSE (/me emote or plain speech)
- SAYINGS list = add/remove lines easily
NOTECARD EDITION (ALTERNATIVE WORKFLOW)
- Create a notecard named: DollSayings
- Put one saying per line (blank lines or lines starting with # // ; are ignored)
- Owner command: /-7777 reload (reloads the notecard)
- Great for creators who ship different “moods” without editing scripts
