Feel free to make copies, pass them to your officers, and do pretty much whatever you want EXCEPT resell them for profit. That's all I ask....

The collar prims are sculpted, textured with an opaque fabric. It's easily tintable so you can match them to your uniforms. The prim is set to attach to chest, but you can attach it anywhere. Some time on a pose stand for adjustment may be required.
