I made this for Relay For Life in 2007 (8? I forget.) and a number of people have since made their own versions. (Good on them!) But one or more special cupcakes left my name as the prim creator and I've been getting product support IMs several times a week for years.
So here is the original in all its full perms freebie glory.
Use Capital letters. If it's not exactly "YAY!" it won't work. Unless you change the trigger in the script.
The texture can be swapped out for any other texture, reset the script after.
This was a silly toy not meant to be commercial grade anything, modify at own risk.
