A cozy one bedroom cottage, ready for you to furnish. Consists of a split level lounge/kitchen with open fire. Kitchen furniture is included in the house. Doorway leads the bedroom and a bathroom. Bathroom furniture is included. House is fully mod allowing you to easily redecorate to your preferred theme.
The doors can be locked, Instructions are available within the contents of each door.
Please note, reflective textures have been used on all floors there fore you may need to change your graphic options to see these correctly. A demo is available for you to check.
This house has been packaged using the Rez Faux system. This provides easy placement and final adjustments are easy and quick. Please read the instructions provided in the package. The build is copy/mod so you can edit it without the worry. You will always have a copy in your inventory should anything go wrong.
