Animation menu (no pose balls) for singles and couples. Included are 2 versions, 1 is click to sit, the other is for use with the pie menu sit. The book gives a book to wear for the reading animation.

Please be sure you're in edit when you first rez your swing, it comes in 2 parts, not linked. First time you click the swing it will look like it's going to swing all crazy, but it does right itself to the correct rotation.
