Mistletoe Cottage is a charming, Christmas cabin and garden, decorated with a snowy roof, icicles and fairy lights that flash on and off. Would work well as a sweet second home or a small house for those who don't need much space.

The spacious living area is easy to cam around, with high ceilings.

Inside: Has a Christmas fireplace and if you touch the fire it will turn on and off. The fire is decorated with a garland and fairy lights.
Also included is, a cuddle sofa, 2 armchairs and armchairs with a total of 62 animations. Outside, on the porch there are lights to decorate the outer walls, a moving winter tree and snow men, all enclosed inside a white, snowy picket fence. The grass moves in the breeze and the tree is animated.
Inside the box there are two rezzers, one with blizzard snow and one without. Also there is an optional, animated robin sat on top of a snowy post box. I didn't include this in the rez but its separate in the box as it is quite high prim at 25. It's so cute, I added it as an optional extra for those who don't worry too much about land impact.
