Overall, very nice --- after I was done, perfect for my need.

I didn't verify the size, but it's no more than 13x13 on the outside. Probably 12x12 as stated.

The towel, the magazines, and the logo (as nice as it is) were a distraction for my purpose.
So I unlinked the 7-LI (I checked) structure, and deleted them -- the net impact was 4-LI after that.

Now, there's a nice picture in the window, but I needed different.
Fortunately the wooden window grid isn't flat.
So I made a 1-prim object showing my picture, and placed it so that the wooden slats still showed.
