texture issues
Overall a nice effect, but there are definite texture issues on the inside walls and floors. Texture seams and discontinuities are definitely noticeable, although the builder has tried to hide them with carpets and drapes in some places. It would have been convenient to have a non furnished version in the box - It took me some time to de-link and remove some of the pieces as I wanted to use my own furnishings.
Bad attitude
While the build is nice with good textures and an interesting design, the version I got had no copy scripts in the water parts making it no copy. I brought this to the attention of the creator and was sent another no copy version. I again contacted the creator and finally received a fully copy version with a dismissive attitude being told words to the effect that "rez box scripts are no mod bye bye". The castle is partially 'fixed' There is no moat water in the newest version. I no longer recommend this creator's work to those I build sims for.
AMAZING
I bought this without taking a look at it ...a gamble ...and the gamble paid off this is a beautiful textured and aligned build ..it has wonderful features that match perfect and it is a solid looking build not a paper thin transparent rubbish. I love this castle and I have only ever commented three times in reviews in the whole of my 9 years on SL .
