The previous review is wrong
I just bought it, it is indeed 12 m high, and it has 31 land impact. It doesn't need to be resized, but anyone who modifies mesh constantly knows that a resized mesh WILL have more land impact than when it's at its original size.

Looks really good, but prim count and size are misleading.
I was surprised that such a big mesh could have only 31 prims, but after I opened it I learned that the '31 prim count' was only for an extremely miniature version of the crane. After I stretched it to the size it should have been, the prim count was well over 100. Completely unusable in any city environment at it's normal size if you are trying to save prims. Still looks really nice though if you have a lot of prims to spare.
