I was going to make one but then I said wait, I'm sure it's already on the marketplace and... MUSCHI did it.
it's perfect, the only thing you need to do is to attach it to your avatar center and put it in place, then you're ready to go.

FYI...
The crystals in The Sims are called PlumBobs. They are used to distinguish the selected Sim and the colours green, white, yellow, red indicate the Sim's mood. Nice product!
