Good quality mesh bed with units land impact is 25 prims.
Decor and books 5 prims.
Lamps touch on/off 3 prims each.
You can detach all the units if you just want the bed, some building knowledge is required for this.
Total size of bed with units is 5M X 4.5M X 3.5M high. Please make sure it will fit your room before purchase.

ANIMATIONS

There are 68 good quality animations, not one freebie these are all sourced from the best animators in SL and include;
Female solo, male solo, couples sleep and couples cuddles.
No poseballs! I've used the Avsitter engine for this bed.
Bento hands realistic movements that make you feel completely in the moment.

Texture changer included in the menu, 6 woods and 6 color sets to choose from.
The bed has some poses that automatically rezz and attach props. You do not need to take a copy in your inventory or rezz them yourselves. Instead, it uses AVsitter to rezz the props and automatically attach them when needed.
Permissions are copy/modify on all my furniture but the animations are copy only.
