These are neckbolts like you might see on some versions of Frankenstein's monster.
With the purchase, you will get two versions of the bolts. One comes with a skin addition. There is a HUD to control skin tones included. Also included is a non skin version that includes a shadow prim. If you don't like the shadow, simply push the bolt slightly further into your neck.
