Cybersculpts - House Boat motorized version. She is 147 land impact and carries 2 avatars, there is an activities menu with numerous poses for 2 av's.sit on boat and touch boat for menu.There is a security menu under the adjust menu to set for group owner or anyone drive.
In addition the boat has three different anyone drive vehicle rezzers so your friends can get in on the fun. a seaplae, helicopter, or jet ski. These are set to temporary as not to litter. You must of course be fully in a rezzing zone with prims available to rez
to start the engine press page down once seated.
then up arrow to row. there is five speeds for throttle, forward and reverse
page down again stops or moor the ship
for reverse use down arrow key ..
Boat is full mod but copy only on scripts,animations and sounds.
So any can remove or add any object at will.
Just make sure that the last piece to be linked before the root prim needs to be the wake invisible sphere by the back right side propeller
To rez jet ski , touch the jet ski* to rez helicoptor touch the H on the top deck* to rez sea plane Touch the black bar which holds the Jet ski up.
I have run out of prims to display all items in world , if you need to see something not on a rezzer let me know and i will rez a version for a few days for you to check it out

Disappointing!
The description sounds so good but no working doors., the only way to do anything on the boat is to sit. railings seem to be phantom so don't walk over the edge! The lack of documentation will leave you with hours of no enjoyment trying to figure out were to rez the seaplane!.
I gave it one star but that is being kind.
An excellent portable home.
So a quick edit on my review: The creator contacted me and corrected the issue I had. It was very prompt and now I think it's a great boat/house. For those looking for a unique and very functional "house", this is excellent. You don't even need to use the boat function itself because you have the option of rezzing a helicopter (click the helipad), a jet ski (click the jet ski), or a sea plane (click the black bar holding up the jet ski). The house boat itself is well decorated on the interior and the boat is mod as well so if your skills are up to the challenge, you can change a lot of things on this boat or add your own furniture to it.
If you enjoy living on waterfront property or like roaming the SL waters, this is a nice way to do it.
