The Bee a worker dress is composed of 4 elements : The puffy yellow and black satin and latex dress, wings, special puffy latex gloves, and the worker bee hat.

And yes you've seen well. There's fur on the mask and on the dress. As well as satined reflexion / latex -ish on most of it.
