Landimpact can change if you resize it. It will also increase, if you unlink the whole house at once. So if you want to edit single parts better unlink just those linked objects.

Footsize: about 32.6 x 29.6
(including the stairs)
Free Footprint-Object available at the shop and demo area!
You can resize the whole house by stretching it with the edit tool.

Modify:
The house appears as no modify in your inventory. That's just because of the door scripts, the structure however is all modify.

Fireplace is included (just click it to switch fire on/off).

Snow addon available! See 'related items' at the bottom...

- fixed a part, so it is stretchable smaller now too
- fixed some dark shadow-/AO-spots at the inner walls

Incredible Products & Excellent Customer Service!

I own both the Dude's Cottage/Snow Add-On, along with the Darklight Skybox.
The craftmanship in both of those products are Very well done as well as the price. You would usually expect to pay at least double that for the Quality! But it's even better than that.. they are all easily modifiable to custom suit your needs.

I would like to commend his Customer Service also to a 5-Star Rating along with a Big TY to Dude personally for taking his time to help me with questions I had regarding an error on my end. He was patient and took the time to help me fix my issue!
