This build is an add on to the Linden Home Victorian Hardy.
This add on includes the porch with a screened in portion, victorian screen doors, and fancy rails.
The porch is packed in a rezz box which you will need to position. The reason is the door scripts will not work if they are linked to the build.....so do not link the doors.
The land impact for the porch are as follows:
-DOORS = 2LI each
PORCH =40LI

Saw this on another Victorian home. Found it and bought. Once I located the REZ box correctly installation was easy. Only minor adjustments were needed using EDIT. Looks great! Well worth the cost.
