Flutter or Bov is sound of turbo It happens when there's a pressure release in the turbine without a valve, and it makes this relief sound. very popular in JDM cars and Street Turbo cars.
This package contains 28 Flutter sounds.
They are used in car D2. You can also use the sounds for other cars, provided you use another appropriate script, as this package only contains the Bov script, which came with the D2 functions.

there was an issue originally with the upload of the product that made it no transfer but it has now been rectified and everything except the scripts which are no mod, everything else is CMT, i look forward to trying these out in my next build
