DBZ Scouter

This scouter scan's people's power level, by going in mouselook in where a mouselook view is enabled.

Press the button scouter to enable the menu, in this menu you can change color but most of all you can enable difirent chat functions:

Chat options:
-All on is the funtion in wich You can chat in normal public chat with people near scouters in the hole sim, the other scouters have to have this function enabled to be able to recieve the messages.

-Owner on is the funtion in wich all that you chat"say" in public chat is transmitted on the scouter channel, That way you can chat with your other scouter users more easaly then using the /11 channel everytime.

-You can always type in channel /11 like /11 hello to comunicate with other scouter users in the sim.

-You can set your own channel to make a private one for you and your friends

-If someone is enoiying you have also the options to mute that persone, so you will no longer get messages from that avatar.
