To use: While in your hand, go into mouselook, left click and hold.
You can weld prims and some mesh within 2 meters. If the sparks go away its because you were welding more than 2 meters away, simply release and click-hold again.

This item uses light projection and Raycast for aiming! When welding, you will see a temporary line from where you started welding.
Firing this will use only one prim, which is the effects.

Things to keep in mind: There will be flashing lights from the sparks.
