You also aren't stuck with the provided blueprint, since its mod you can add a loft, add walls, remove walls, edit to your heart's desire, even change textures, if so inclined. Since its copy, you never have to worry about messing it up, because you'll always be able to get a fresh copy. Use one, or use many, all for the same low price of 249L
