The skates are not bad, their quality looks quite decent and realistic, there is a version without AO to skate with your own AO that you buy separately and another version with integrated AO...

But the default skating animation is strange, you look inexperienced skating and if you try to accelerate and go faster, it will lose the animation making you look like a newbie running...XD

But you have to consider that it is free and modifiable, so it can be quite useful to adapt it, so I don't really have a complaint, just something that you should take into account.

Works perfectly with Maitreya Body! Didn't even have to adjust the size. Also a little trick. If you want the ice streak lines with a different pair of ice skates, wear the AO foot. Go to Edit and set to 100% Transparency. And wear the different ice skates you want too. It still makes the ice streak line!

Works also perfectly well with my Maitreya mesh avatar, I just have to alpha my mesh feet, and off I go ice skating in style :) There is even a skating AO option with the pair of skates. What a generous and awesome product!

These are very much worth your time!

These skates are cool. An original 100% mesh creation.

Both pairs of red/green and green/red are cute color combos.

The AO is basic and just an ice skating AO as per notecard description. The AO made me laugh because it appeared my Avatar was trying her damnest best to skate :D
I'm using my own skating AO with these skates.

I'm using a Slink HG body/feet so I alphaed my feet and made slight adjustments in positioning the skates with my feet.

The particle effect gives a nice touch especially if you're skating on dark/black ice.

And of course, the price can't be beat.
