VERY low prim which is wonderful. Plus the two story one I added a door and front window and presto a rental home. Only thing is you can't retexture cause of the way it is made ..for example was going to change roof texture .. can't. Also the floor sort of eats up a rug .. you sink a little in the floor and so do rugs..so you have to lift them out of the floor cause they disappear below the surface.

.. and this really fit the bill. I was able to recolor the walls to make each shop slightly different. Couldn't ask for a better shop. Thank you.
