There's really not much instruction for this other than to just rez it out where you want it and adjust.
Some basic knowledge of how the SL edit tool is used is a must.
These are modifiable once rezzed so you can unlink parts to save on prims sometimes, for example if one end of the bridge is on land and the tassels are burried and cant be seen you can use edit linked parts on the edit tool to take them off.
I have provided a straight and angled version for convenience, this does not mean they will be the perfect angle for your situation, there may be editing needed for your own special circumstance.
