welp I wasted my lindens

I purchased this unit thinking that the hair base was in the notecard because that is what it says. I open the notecard and there is a link, Ok so I copy and paste the link on market place because no other directions are given. And Nothing happens, there was no where to purchase this hairbase. so I guess I just lost 550 lindens
