TOS (This TOS is effective from 25th September 2016.)
Applys to standard range textures.

1) When you purchase a texture created by Summer Windlow, you are being given license to use this texture as per my TOS. The texture remains my intellectual property and i reserve the right to withdraw your license should you abuse my TOS deliberately in any way)

2) You may NOT resell any of my textures .... as textures.... or set as full perm, in any form or under any circumstances.
The textures are created to be applied to the appropriate mesh models and then ether enjoyed for your own personal use or for resale as a 'complete item, complying with the mesh makers TOS and my TOS not to resell full permission.

3) You CAN make changes to my textures and use them as templates to add your own creative, style, logos etc.
This is good! But even when you change them, they remain my original creation and you still may not resell as stand alone textures or as full perm. ( This rule applies to all textures, even the ones made prior to the date of this tos)

4) You ARE permitted use in other grids but my SL TOS is universal and applies everywhere else.

5) The texture is only to be used by the Avatar who purchased it and should not be shared or given away.

6) TOS Re the use of multi texture Huds. ( standard range) See note in box for terms of other ranges.

When purchasing mesh, you are aware that the creator applies a minimum selling price. This is so that their work can not be sold for less, giving everyone a fair chance to compete without devaluing the creators hard work and efforts. This same principle applies to the textures you purchase, they have value too and if you are a merchant you will surely appreciate some guidance that applies to all. As with rule 5, the textures should not be given away for free.

a) Please add 10l per texture applied. Example: if the mesh model you are using has a minimum selling price of 50l
and you add a hud, with 10 textures, you should charge 150 L . etc.
(please do not sell anything which has my textures applied for less that 99l, except in limited time promo- 24 Hour)

b) Exceptions to this rule can be made for sales and special promotional offers, in order to help you to promote your business. You may disregard rule 6 for 'occasional promotions and special offers as long as no more than 6 (untouched) textures are applied to a single sale / promotional item and the textures used are not NEW textures. New is defined as less than 2 weeks old. If in doubt ask.

c) Rule 6 only apply s to my unmodified textures. If you add your own creative touches to the texture, so they look significantly different to the original, this rule will not apply.

7) Please comply with my TOS in order to avoid any of those nasty DMCA things :(
