Great dock
My only concern of this dock is that it is no copy but it's incredibly cheap and a great looking dock for what you pay for. This dock looks absolutely exquisite on the beach and has little side steps for ease of getting on a boat (should one be parked alongside). Must have for beach owners.

This is very nicely done, good textures, not bad LI etc.. looks good in place! Can't complain about the price for a no-copy item, too... if you need two, buy two, your wallet will be fine!
I am not a mesh builder so probably I have limited understanding of limitations. However, if I was going to make a couple of suggestions it would be:
1) make the first part (the leg of the T) the root prim rather than the cross-bar. That way the jetty can stick out a tiny bit further into protected waterways without being returned... just a little (in my location, I have to rotate it 90 degrees so that the cross-bar is where people first step onto the jetty... more or less works ok though.
2) make the legs a fair bit longer so that they will reach the bottom, or come closer... in my case they barely enter the water. So I can add extension legs myself, for the cost of a bunch of extra prims though.
If the jetty was moddable and edit linked parts possible, I could probably have stretched the legs vertically. But this may be a limitation of the mesh.
End result is, I will probably look for something to replace this, but at L$50 it's a good starter for my land.

Great dock for small builds
I couldn't find the dock rezzed at the store, so I bought it with some misgivings, but fortunately this is a nice dock!
The dock has an interesting construction which sets it above a simple dock design. The textures are fantastic, too. 15 LI with great LOD makes it just right cost to usability.
There is a resize script to help it better fit a build. Note that otherwise it's no-mod and no copy, so you get one dock per purchase. Consequently, it's perfect for a small'ish parcel build like an island or ocean front parcel.
The lights are a nice touch.
