EEP Sky and Water for all compatible viewers.

This Windlight comes with separate Sky and Water, use them both in combination to achieve the look pictured.
As with any EEP files, it can be used anywhere or set in your parcel for everyone using Shared Environment to see.

Built especially with sailing in mind, the Ranger set has a high sun that casts short shadows, great for performance while sailing.
Both Water and Sky as set to run in the same direction, giving it a better sense of place.
The water has been made to have a choppy look and the heavy clouds to give a feeling of impending rain.

This is the most beautiful windlight I've ever tried!!!

Only downside it's it being 'no mod'. I guess it's fine as we can edit through Personal Lighting, but it'd be good to be able to actually save the modifications and not have do re-do them for other pictures and stuff.

This environment is absolutely stunning, and I was so sad when I had to downgrade from a full sim to a smaller parcel and couldn't really use it anymore since the sun/moon was facing in the opposite direction of my parcel. Took a chance and IM'd the creator and he hooked me up with a new copy with the correct settings for the parcel, no problem. I'd give him 10 stars if I could, made my day :>

If you live in a beach setting or love boating this windlight is a must-have. The sky and water combination is perfect. A very pretty late evening sky.
