Great for NightClubs
I just purchased this product after using the SHX Welcome Board (https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Visitor-Welcome-Board-VWB-211/1371040) and must say that it is a must have investment for a club. It's cheap to subscribe and handles everything you could need.
I personally use it for my club VIP group, the bot will not spam visitors when they re-enter the land, and send out invitations for members. It will get your group numbers right up!
Their website has very handy tools which you can use when away from Second Life, such as at work. You can view group invitations sent out and whether members have joined, you can post group notices and scheduled notices, as well as recurring.
Much more is available, and it works with other tools, not just SHX Welcome Board!

SmartBots is a great service! In the SmartBots HQ, there are several bots, and you get the choose the name of your bot right from the website, http://smartbots.com.
The setup was easy. I just had to pay the terminal, and rez one prim on my land, and everything else was all taken care of by the SmartBots staff within minutes.
Now everytime someone comes to my land, SmartBots sends them a direct group invite without me having to open several menus to invite them!
