The DJ Song Request Manager is a HUD that can be work for DJ's, and which will collect song requests from audience members.
You choose the channel they will enter requests on.
You clear the list at your leisure, one song at a time, or all at once.
The songs are listed in the order in which the requests were received, including the requestor's name, to allow you to process the requests as you DJ.
Once you have processed a song, touch the red button next to it to clear that entry. Later entries will slide up the HUD to be processed next. The HUD will hold many more requests than will show on screen, and you can see all of those, privately, by touching the Show All button. You can also see how many unprocessed requests remain by looking at the ACTV: field at the bottom of the HUD.
For those that don't like the HUD, you can rez this item where you have permissions, and use it as an in-world object, rather than a HUD.
- Receive song requests on chat channel
- Display active requests, first in, first out
- Clear a song by touching red button
- Announce to audience with single button how to enter a song request
- Show your entire list, privately, in your local chat
Love this but....
It doesn't work well for requests or dedications. There is only so many characters and it can't be changed. Works great otherwise
