Instructions:
Rez the group inviter & lm giver under the desired group (or change the group in edit window / general tab).
Drag a landmark from your inventory and drop it over the group invite & lm giver while holding down Ctrl key on your keyboard (or right click the inviter, choose edit, go to "content" tab in the edit window and drag the landmark from your inventory into the content tab).
Done!

if your store has to have items set to a group that's not the same as the one you wish to give out this can not do this
No instructions
It would take 10 minutes to give instructions.

Rezz it then set it to the group you want.
Drop in your LM.
Sheesh. It's not rocket science.
How someone can't get this to work in under 20 seconds I'll never know.
