Great layout
For a free house it's great, if I had to pay L$ for it then yeah it needs work, a lot of work, but if you're in the mood for a fixer upper SL style, this is it.

TOTALLY SUCKS!!
yah decor is aweful and there is a second floor but NO STAIRS!!! NO TELEPORT NO NOTHING TO GET UP TO THE SECOND FLOOR.....BAD
