Introducing one of the new MESH boat docks from DO Designs.
The Mesh Dock is 10 metres long, and the legs are designed to be long enough to sink into the ground, especially where the terrain slopes away into water.
The Dock has a land impact of 1 (1 prim, 1LI), and is usable without the need for invisiprims. Just rez, position, and walk!
It is copy/modify, allowing you to rez as many as you like, or retexture to suit your environment.

So despite there being many other mesh docks out there, this one is pretty much perfect. Not only is it 10L, the texture sits well, and the LI is as low as it gets too! All in all this is an amazing product and I'm just surprised it doesn't show higher in the search results!

To my surprise (and delight!) the creator revamped his design immediately after receiving my last review and now avatars CAN swim underneath thanks to updated collision! Hands down, this is a perfect product and I'm even more impressed with the excellent customer service!

MY PREVIOUS REVIEW:
Ten Linden is a tough price to beat for something that just works. Physics are good on the object so you can walk on it without adding an "invisiprim". The texture is good and actually stretches decently if you choose to scale the dock UNproportionally to the original dimensions (i.e. squished or stretched on a single axis). My only complaint is that the physics/collision does not allow for avatars to swim _underneath_ the dock. The poles that extend into the water are fairly long, which is very nice for looks since they extend into the water (and actually got into the ground underwater in my case). That's more than most other docks I've seen for 10 times the price.
TL;DR If you don't need to swim underneath it, it's WELL worth L$10.
