...as with the majority of L'Etre & Doux hair, they seem to be made for teensy weensy heads (or perhaps they're such old styles, they were made for classic heads to begin with).

So if you're wearing, say, a standard size Catwa or LeLutka head (I shudder to think how a Genus head is going to fit), then you might have to severely reduce your head size, stretch and length as well as ear size to get this to fit - which might, in turn, mean adjusting neck thickness, neck length and shoulders as well to keep things in balance.

It's a major bug bear with me when it comes to their hair, which is why I rarely ever purchase from them.

However, this is such a gorgeous style, I feel it could be worth the aggro and time spent readjusting your shape for.

There is this unspoken rule in SL that hair is modifiable. I tend to look for those only. However i'm torn, because this hairstyle is something i really really wanted. But the full version is no mod, so i won't be able to tweak it to my needs. And from what i can tell by the demo hud, it's not going to work for me.

Please reconsider making your mesh hair modifiable. Trust me, its something a lot of people look for.
