DOUX - Vel hairstyle [DEMO]

And it is the same problem that the others report upon.
1. Textures are way to complex and heavy on weight. A 79K Body will suddenly have 179K in Complexity. And no way to reduce it. Script Removal won't help things. It is in the textures themselves.
2. Worse than that... there are strands of Alpha hairs hanging up front and that will clash with any alpha-eyebrows and/or Alpha Eyelashes on the head, turning them invisible. If only the Creator would make those few front strands SOLID hairs and not Alpha-layered. Then things would be fine for most all Mesh Heads and no alpha-clashing would occur. Other Hair Creators have learned these 'alpha-bug' lessons in SL the hard way, and their offerings don't suffer nearly as much, if at all.

If you are not affected or concerned by the 'disappearing' eyelashes or eyebrows, then enjoy! But here's hoping these problems would one day be corrected by the Creators and re-released.

I love the style, but it is too complex. Without the hair, my avatar's complexity is at 18,000. When i wear the demo, my complexity shoots up to 123,000! I've never seen mesh hair so complex. I like to keep my complexity under 100K, so i'm going to have to pass on this one.
