This litle dress celebrates some divisions of our service men which you may not have even known that these flag variations existed. Personally I didnt till one day when i was walking my dog in the neighborhood and noticed a house had a regular USA Flag and they had one all black with a red stripe, i thought thats odd what does that mean? So i returned home and discovered there were many like that each was designated for a specific worker in services.
