This is actually my first build, that included a script, with help from Stevoid at The Secret Sandbox. Since then I have been trying to learn scripts on my own. It wont be too long before I can write them all on my own. Thank you Stevoid Muah!! <3

Menu Controls
Click on the hoop or invisi-prim at or around your waist. (you may need to edit the position so its more accessable, your tummy is my sugesstion, but the lower back is also doable)
This opens up the Menu with 10 speeds and 0 for stop. perfect for syncing the rotation to the beat of the music or a dance animation. (Example: Delicious Hips goes really well on 15)
