The Chantry was inspired by the Tremere Chantry in the game VtM: Bloodlines, and would easily fit both Vampire and Mage roleplay/housing.
The Chantry is set out as follows:
Ground Floor:
A hallway with two side rooms and an open area by the staircase.
First Floor:
An open landing and a large room that could serve as a Library, with a smaller room ideal for an office/bathroom.
Second Floor:
Open landing with two rooms that would serve well as bedrooms.
Third Floor:
An open landing with a large chamber, perfect for a main bedroom or meeting chamber/lounge.
Fourth Floor:
A large chamber that would serve well as a ritual/summoning chamber.

Product comes with Rezbox to make placing it easier.
All wall and floor textures are set to planar to make it easier to change to your tastes.
