I wanted a tall cap to cover up my inferiority complex when it came to my height.
You receive two versions: one without glowy bits, and one with glowy bits. The one without glowy bits is one prim. The other one is 19 prims, but it has glowy bits, so it's clearly superior.
If you want to resize it, you're going to have to be at least part-way experienced with modding; there is no re-size script.

I bought this because it was advertised as mod, so I could resize it to fit my avatar. Surprise! It's not. Thuuuumbs down.
