Out with the old and in with the new- so this year's freebie home is on the block and ready to be grabbed! :) Those of you who have been with me since the beginning may remember this guy but he's gotten a make-over and is ready for his debut.
So, here is the free one. Nothing spectacular about it but since most items are modifiable I am sure you can get your own creative ear muffs on and mold it into whatever you'd like AND it comes with a working fireplace \o/.
If you don't own land - it's ok, as it is only 82 prims just go rezz it at your best friend's parcel, he won't mind. -kidding-

My home. Forever and ever.
I am known to botch houses over and over... moving something... pick up the house. and repeat.
What I really love, is I get the detail of Creative Decay and still have the ability to work easily with myself when I botch it. This is my home. I am comfy here. This is the only house that will work for me. The rest of the free homes to compensate for my botcheries... just doesn't cut it like this big nook of a house. I love this house. It is mine. (I originally bought the zen styled simplicity home... but I botched it to crap and beyond...)
Nice, but flawed....
The house itself looks nice. The reason I'm only leaving two stars is because of a little thing I see with structures once in a while that drives me up a wall.--Houses that are NO COPY, but do not have every part linked. I dread whenever I see a builder has done this because I know I'm going to rez the house, then when I take it back into my inventory again, there's going to be a stairs or a door that's left behind. (Then next time I set up the house, I have to figure out where they go myself,-- and that's if I remembered to take the unlinked pieces back into my inventory and didn't accidentally trash them in the Lost and Found folder.) I understand if a door won't work properly if it's linked to a structure, but if you're going to do this PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE STRUCTURE NO COPY! Make it copyable so I can just delete the version I rezzed and hold onto the original in my inventory. I know I shouldn't knock a free house, but I do think this house would have been so much better if I hadn't had to wrestle with so many pieces. (I'm not even sure where they all go.) If you're going to make a structure that has unlinked pieces, for the love of Heidigger, PLEASE make it COPYABLE!

I waz VERY surprised. Didn't expect much but I waz very pleased. Has a definite "future-mod" but not sci-fi feel. Very cool.
Gorgeous and ****FREE****
Fell in love with this home at first glance. I have to tell you that I used to build homes with my ex, so I'm picky about lay out and textures as well as furniture. Your work is outstanding! Glad I happened on to your store! My partner and I purchased the Liz from your SL store for our primary home but also picked up some of these that were so beautiful and very low cost to use as possible settings for photo shoots. Couldn't believe this house was free. It is stunning. Thank you for building these gorgeous homes.
