Industrial Grunge is an old converted warehouse, with large open spaces, exposed pipes and old warehouse doors. You can make it as old and grunge or as pristine and new as you'd like with the texture change menu. The pool is animated just click and choose sit to click through the menu of animations (float,tread water, sunbath,read, relax) and animated kitchen (cooking & food prep animations). Touch the tap for water :)

This home has a simple to use texture menu which you can access with a simple click. Change the walls, floors and accent walls, you can even create graffiti walls. The texture menu also gives you an option for graffiti on one of the inside walls and one of the outside walls or you can choose no graffiti at all. You can also create a grunge wall or choose none for no grunge. So many options with this home

Contemporary lighting is strategically placed through out the home and can also be operated separately on a room by room basis from the light switches.

Window Textures and Locking System;

This home has a sophisticated but simple to use control system which includes realistic window textures, blinds change from sashed glass, industrial glass to open, to closed blinds in a variety of colours, closed provides full privacy. You can access any part of your home from the controller and you can control different sections of your home. For example, if you wanted to have the blinds open in the bedroom and closed in the lounge, you can. You can control who has access to the house from groups, to individuals or anyone.
