YOU REQUIRE THE LACED-BACK DRESS FOR THIS MODIFICATION TO WORK!
NEW in V2:
»Added extra Detroit model numbers to the nametag HUD.
»Included Temple LED.
This mod was crafted to be as close to the original dress from the game "Detroit Become Human" possible.
Application is a simple and easy process done by a script, no manual texture application needed!
The nametag is animated and using a simple HUD offers a range of 32 model numbers (based on Nanite Systems) and occupations, and 8 phrases.
The texture sheet is full permissions and easy to add on to.
The original dress fits:
- Utilizator Kemono: Stock, Rei's, Male, Fitted Torso Petite & Busty
- Maitreya Lara
- Slink: Physique & Hourglass
- DSD / Raawr: female & femboy
- DSD: Red Panda, Wolf v3, Horse
- Raawr: Cabbit, Cheetah
Note that the dress is not included, and this list is purely to save you some time checking the original dress' avatar chart.
Permission disclaimer:
All but the application script is modify.
Note:
There is a slight problem with the Laced-Back dress.
Where two small parts in the collar are painted the material of the chest, meaning there is no way to hide them. This problem has been reported to Apricot Paws but we need more players pointing out this issue for them to care. It's a slight issue and it's barely noticeable!
- Accurate to the game!
- Subtle and effective Normal & Specular maps.
- Easy to apply, automatic application script included
- Animated nametag, range of 44 tags, 8 phrases, and expandable
- Now comes with accurate temple LED that works with Nanite Systems!
impressive but..
This thing is impressive but the armband needs to somehow be integrated on to the dress because it doesn't fit on Maitreya bodies. You also need to fix and reposition bits and parts to fit but otherwise its a good product and comes animated.
One of the few texture mods I've really liked
There's some really nice work done with the specular and normal maps to make the front apron shinier than the rest of the dress - a very nice overall look. The scripting and lights are also very well done, with an emmissive diffuse texture to add the lighting on the dress that would normally require a new texture face (something a texture/script mod can't do).
The only complaint I have is the limited NS integration - the '.y or yes, .n no, !broken' etc. chat commands don't work at all (though lighting yellow when a message is sent DOES work), the LED takes an extra couple seconds to light up or shut down compared to the other items I have listening to the lightbus, and the color of the LED doesn't change according to the color commands I send over the lightbus.
Overall it's a pretty minor complaint considering most people don't even use the NS system, and I suspect the issues stem from the dress not being updated with the most recent NS operating system in mind. (iirc the dress was made for v8.4 and NS is now on v8.5
I would love to see more items that are designed for NS Products!
Even though this can clearly work without NS Products!
Holy Crap!
This is sooo cool! I love the whole automated dress making process and the customization options are insane! It also looks like a million bucks when you're all done! Love, love, love, love.
Best thing I've ever bought on the MP. <3 Needs 6 stars.
Problemo Solved, Lovely dress!
After a bit of a goof-up and not reading properly (yes, I was too much in a rush to want to get the dress to work), I eventually managed to get it to work. It shows exactly as it does in the picture and makes up for a neat way to get your AX400-Android look. I even made my own name patches for it (instructions given with the package) to make it even more personal!
Eliwood, thank you for also poking me inworld and ask what the issue was even refunding my 2nd-purchase of the same item, thinking this was another version. (Derp... xD).
Keep up the lovely work!
High quality mod
This mod totally breathed new life into my otherwise rarely used dress.
The setup was a bit unsettling, but it is worth it.
A must-have for all robo-maids!
