My Friend Was Really Impressed!
I'm actually Othirman resident. I selected and erected this house for Annotating resident -- and he is really pleased with it!!
First, this will fit very nicely on a 1024-sqm 32x32 plot, with good room to spare to the boundaries. Second, there is a very good amount of room inside, and nicely configured (not just a "hall"). Third, the two patios (front and back) and two small balconies (front and side) are very nice too. Finally, I really like the textures used for the interior floor, ceiling, and walls -- in my medium-level-graphics, it's a gorgeous little place! Well worth L$119 !!!
Glitch --- My friend deleted the roof. Now, what I usually do is to just to delete everything and re-rezz. HOWEVER, some house parts were "No Copy", and on re-rezz they didn't come back. Watch out for this -- I guess that I should have left them in place, and then re-rezzed to fit them. (I took the easy way out this one time, and just bought the house again.)
The second floor front balcony's window seemed to have a small area to it, but since I set plot-permissions so that no one could see in I ignored that. The view form that balcony is really nice.
We didn't try out the security system yet.
