Drops 30 temporary 3d balloons in six different colours. Balloons can be moved around and played with. Works for owner only. Balloons vanish after about half a minute. Built in delay to prevent continual clicking and overloading sim prim counts. Now contains two droppers, one uses sculpt balloons and one uses mesh balloons, use whichever suits your viewer!
