Be notified in your Discord Channel upon avatar arrivals and departures on your land.
By default the script will monitor the parcel it is placed on, however this can be changed easily in the script to monitor the entire region. Instructions are included on how to do this.
The script will tell you the name of the avatar, the region name and whether they entered or left. On arrivals you will receive a SLURL to teleport to their avatar.
Easy to setup and no web server or third party tools required.

It was everything I was looking for. The directions were clear to me. There was one thing I had an issue with. I contacted the creator who was very helpful. 10/10 experience. Will be my future choice for custom scripting.
