It will give a very cool, happy feeling.
Setting it up on the pool side of your home and shop is the best.
And, setting it up on the thing floated on the sea is good. (low quay is good too. )

Animation is slow and the repetitive aspect just goes on and on and doesn't stop, at least I gave up after about 4 turns. Can't anyone make a decent just jump in the water from the pool's edge animation?

I had been looking for a long time for a dive animation for the side of a pool or river bank (rather than the swan dives etc that are more common) and this does the job nicely. My tip is to rez the ball and then right click and open the ball to take the animation out. That will give you much more versatility since you can then use it in no-rez zones. The avatar does a shallow dive from the edge, pauses, turns around and then does a shallow in-water dive back to the foot of where it started, turns and repeats the in-water dives. Very useful. Only con is it is no copy but if you take the animation out of the ball it's not so bad.
