The textures have been handcrafted very carefully and are NOT taken from the internet.

- shoes, hair & glasses are not included
(see stylecard when purchased)
- shape is sold separately inworld
(only available inworld)

Permissions are set to modify & transfer
so you are able to make changes on your own.

1. Questions and comments are welcome,
replies are normally answered within 24 hours. If you do not receive an answer to your question please resend on a note card as messages are often capped.

2. REFUND/ EXCHANGES: Will be honored within 24 hours after purchase only.
Please NOTE: All too frequently Second Life® has asset server issues and causes ourcustomers to miss content or the item has not been delivered by the vendor. Many time by clearing ones cache and rebooting, the item will appear.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS: Items modified by customers typically will not be refunded or replaced.

3. ITEM not delivered but you have paid?
a. Clear your cache and reboot. edit / Preferences/Network / Clear Cache. If the item is still not present.
b Submit a Notecard with: transaction number from your purchase. You get it under (www.secondlife.com > Account History > Transaction History). Copy the transaction of the missing item in it's entirety & paste it to the notecard with full details
before sending it to us.

If you buy an outfit with intention to make it as gift for someone and you are not sure then just contact me. But in general you are able to give away the package you just bought.
