What the heck is going on!!!!!!

I LITERALLY have this same shape on my alt, and am recreating my TD on this account, so I got the shape, Alice bento head, etc. Yet it still wont work! It has shrek ears and an abnormally wide head and I can't fix either of them. I double checked and the sliders are all the same! Can I please be helped??
