This is a cute little house that should fit nicely on a 512 parcel (depending on the shape of the parcel, of course). Being low land impact, you will have plenty of prims available to furnish your house.
Two versions of the house are included, one has a built in kitchen, the other has a completely open floor plan on the lower floor. A copy of a mesh "mini-kitchen" is included if you wish to place it in the no-kitchen version. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a nice vaulted ceiling.
Copy/Mod when rezzed (Will say no mod when in inventory due to script in doors) Feel free to re-texture, take it apart, remove parts you don't want, etc.
No rez box, just plop it down where you want it.

Nice smaller house with good space. You have two options, one with Kitchen at 36 LI and one without Kitchen at 33LI. The house looks good, mind you it's nothing special but gets the job done nicely. You have 2 bedrooms and a Bathroom and it's well laid out. Definitely recommended.
