Downtown Building PBR Version 2

After a long time in both the building trade and business, we are pleased to present our basic downtown building..

Not counting the sidewalks, which were just for the photo shoot but I decided to toss in the kit at the last minute, the building and deck measure 27m wide and 48m long. The building itself is 27x27m.

We sold this building as Fiddlesticks Tavern back when we only had the old Blinn-Phong textures to work with. We resurrected this popular tavern, removed the bar equipment and applied all new PBR GLTF textures to it. The difference between the two is stunning. The first was really good, but this one is great.

This building also features our Smart Lighting System. The wall panel for each set of lights has a low, medium, and high setting. In addition, you can personalize your lighting by tinting each button (edit/select face/texture/tint). The color you pick for the button will be the color of the illumination.

There is a lot of room inside this building thanks to the fact that it is just a shell on the inside waiting for your personal touches to transform it into your vision. The exterior is finished, however, with awnings and professional lighting systems.
